The ribbon cutting of Wagging Tail Dog Park took place at 11:00am. Councilmembers Ron Natinsky and Linda Koop were joined by Mayor Tom Leppert to cut the ribbon. The dignitaries were joined by the dalmations from the Dallas Summer Musicals production of 101 Dalmations. They arrived in the brightly decorated Puppy Palace, a giant motor home that serves as their home away from home. Hundreds showed up with their dogs of all shapes and sizes to help make this an exciting event. There was face painting, a balloon man and other fun activities for kids of all ages. There were hot dogs on the grille for the 2 legged attendees. Everyone had a fun filled afternoon and Far North Dallas now has a great park for people and their best friends.
